Three days ago, I posted Strange Creature – can you identify this? With a macro photo of the creature its face. For me, the creature looked like an alien from that angle.
Kim_Johnson correctly identified it as a moth. But Just me specifically identified the species which is a Panthea Moth.
Sorry Carol DM, it’s not a spider.
Honestly, all I knew was it was a month. I just learned that it was a Panthea Moth when I checked Google (or was it duckduckgo?) after reading Just me’s answer.
Since the moth’s color was almost purely gray, with a little touch of light brown, I thought I’d desaturate it and post it for this challenge.

I knew it was a moth right away . but not specifically which.
