Gray geese, flying over our roof, promised a date to me – until next spring. Every time I wave my hand to them and say quietly that I’ll wait for their return. And in the spring, I greet those who have returned. When those in front get tired, flies to the rear to rest. It’s a good example to people how must work teamwork.
That sweet moment of waiting…
I have been waiting for this rainy evening as it has been raining lately, waiting for the holidays that will start after a couple of days, waiting for a new month with new projects, waiting for the Christmas market, waiting for Christmas itself. And of course, I’ll wait for the screaming geese come back! In the. spring.
Nature and its observation so heal the soul, even if you did not know that it hurt.

It’s nice to see the birds flying in the Vee formation.
i am always reminded of watching Geese fly in their V. it takes me to a place no longer available except within me.
I have never seen birds migrating in real life – only pictures. Your photo is stunning.
When the seasons changed from summer to autumn in Latvia from my garden I could always see flocks of birds including geese overhead flying in different patterns heading south. They knew winter always came early in northern Europe.
