No looking back when it comes to relishing Bhel puri specially on a packed beach. Bhel puri is made at home but nothing like having it at an ambience only a beach can provide.
Giving a blind eye on how the guy prepares that stuff is the best way to eat bhel puri on the beach. The atmosphere is just right – sitting on the sand with your loved one chatting and eating.
It is normally washed down with a tender coconut – perfect way to eat bhel puri and then a stroll hand in hand singing romantic songs.

I tend to cook at home. It doesn’t matter if I’m on a long trip, whether I’m on the beach or on the mountain. Everyone brings something from home.
It has its own charm eating off a hawker’s cart specially while on the beach.
I avoid foods from the footpath markets. I always take such things prepared at home. My most favorite fast food these days is Avocado/Tomato/Onion Chutney with crunchy chips.
But eating bhel puri with beach and loved ones as company is a different story (lol)
Agree! But we make Bhelpuri at home too and take it in our picnic bag. You can get all the ingredient readily available every where in the world including rice bubbles! Make chutney and sauce to your taste.
We make it too and in fact for one of my birthdays I had it as the main attraction and with someone playing the guitar that added to the ambiance.

It is the ambience I guess that makes us go for fast food.

I very rarely eat fast food. I prepare the food myself.
But while on a beach I am sure you too would want to go for it.

The entire article and the contents are great. And greater in look is the image – that mouth-watering bhel… uuummm…. But just one “forced” answer 🙂 for “Do you enjoy unhygienic fast food?”… I would have still gone with that affirmative. You just cannot ignore that bhelpuri… LOL!!!

And not to forget the visuals. Anyone who loves bhel first relishes the dish with his eyes. Easily an eye-candy for the buffs!!!
So true. We all have gone through it but at this time in my life I will hesitate no matter what the sight and no matter what the ambience (lol)
