Autumn is a period when many people get into depression. The mood changes due to lack of sunny days. Vitamin d is the cause of depression. That is why it is good to walk in the fall when there is sun. Morning is a good part of the day for walking or exercising. Exercise is very important this time of year because it helps reduce depression.
