Anti colds juice

The time when we don’t know what to wear is coming. Often, we end up getting constipated in three stages, because we have not yet assimilated the temperature changes.

Therefore, to enter this season on the right foot, we will prevent ourselves in three ways: health, protection and beauty. All of this through a juice recipe that contains natural beta-carotene from foods, which prevents colds and to whom our skin will thank you.

Ingredients:

1/2 red apple;

1/2 Mango;

1 medium / large carrot;

4 leaves of spinach;

Parsley;

Water.

Preparation:

Prepare the fruit. Remove the seeds and skin from the carrot and mango, wash the food well, mix everything in a blender with a little water. If you think it is too thick, just add a little more water or even ice.
