Captured this image of three cows on a visit to South America. This was the main street in a small rural village and the cows decided to go for a casual stroll down the street. Cars, and other vehicles were forced to wait until the cows decided to wander into greener pastures. No one seemed to want to disturb the cows’ peaceful walk and they either tried go go off road to get around or waited until they were out of harm’s way. It is nice when humans and animals can coexist.

What would you do if you were out walking and came face to face with these cows?
-
Run
-
Move over
-
Keep walking and see what happens

I would be only scared of bulls. We see cows every day as there is a house here that takes care of cows.
Same here, I grew up among hem so no fear there.
Lovely capture of the cows…..
Thank you for your comment
Well, only met cows in a farm or Cornwall Park, they don’t do anything to you as long as they are not with a calf.
True, they are pretty calm animals.
I’ve also met cows on the walk ?
Hope they were friendly cows. Thanks for the comment.
I would too, it just calls for some patience and as you said, respect.
This happens to me in the village several times that cows are walking on the road
Oh really! That means you always have to be on alert.
What a cool shot of these cows. I love all animals and show them respect. I would move over.
