And now I am on the letter “G” in my ABC Dessert series.
I chose Gingersnaps.
Love these cookies. I have fond memories of eating these with my dear Grandmother. She made us hot tea and we would dunk the cookies in the tea. Oh so good.
And the talks we had are priceless. Will never forget those good ole days. Dustin loved his Grandmother so much. She taught him a lot and they even fished together in her pond.
To this day I have a cup of hot tea with my gingersnaps. Just not the same without the tea.

Gingersnaps are not a memory I have. My wife loves them and her mom made them. But for me it was always all about the Oreo, or the Chocolate Chip cookie!
They went poof when the post was published. Kind of strange.
They go well with hot tea and coffee for me. I like the chocolate too. But these were shared with my Grandmother. Good times.
ah those are awesome happy memories
Could not survive without them. I hope I never lose my memory. Many do and it is very sad. I will think positive.
i agree that is why i started the wander project
Wonderful memories. As a child, I always had to have some cookies and milk and gingersnaps were among my favorites.
Yes they were. Good to know you enjoyed these as well.
Precious memories! I have never tried these cookies but they look delicious.
I agree Ellie. Good to see you. And wonderful forever memories. They are good cookies. A little crispy, that is why they are good dipped in tea.
Sounds great, I love crispy cookies.
What beautiful memories. I also remembered my young days.
Thanks, I have many of thee stories in my mind. Forever.
I love me some ginger snaps : )
Glad to hear it, they are excellent with hot tea or coffee.
I get them every now and then from Dollar Tree. Love them with milk
I don’t drink milk but love them with tea.
I will have to try them with tea
