A day trip to a place we have never been is always exciting. We have only seen images and heard of how much fun it is. In anticipation, we spend weeks making all necessary preparation. Once our day has arrived, we gather everyone and off we go.
If only we would look around, we will realise that our own local area offers as much fun. It’s amazing the places we can explore and the things we will discover right in our own back yards. The fact that others come to visit our area means there is something here to see.
