This week I bought a new plant, a carnivorous plant that eat insects. I bought it because I likes it a lot as it is completely different from all the other plants that I have. I was searching for this plant for some time, its name is sarracenia and I think it may help me with flies and mosquitos.
I read that this plant is originary from Canada and USA so I think some of you may also have it in your gardens. I also read that it has a beautiful flower but I need to wait until my plant has it to see one.

These guys are very difficult to care for. They need special soil and you have to use rainwater or distilled water to water them.
Yes I have had the fly catchers years ago.
