I have been a school head for least than 18 years. I have adapted several school administration and supervision in which I learned from our administrative seminars conducted by our own division office and also seminars and workshops conducted by the national office of the Department of Education.
Those management practices and skills I have learned are only for theory. They need to be implemented. While in my case, I develop a good skills on effective school management as well as supervision of my teachers for six separate school assignments I have had for 18 years.
I want to set this poll or survey to everyone if you were a school principal for instance. What would be your practices?
Please find your time in answering the following questionnaires in which I have adapted taken from one of my Facebook friends’ page, “7 Tips for New and Aspiring Building Principals” and added one:

Great ideas for the classroom Gil.
Thanks. These approaches are very practical. By application, they really work. That is what I have personally experienced.
They need to be in the classroom so they know what is going on.
You are right. They should and they must be always present.
