If you look closely you can see the ocean on the left of the power lines. We parked the car in the closest neighborhood there on the bottom right.

I saw the sea, but I forbid you to go there on foot.
As a crow flies it is about 5 miles to the beach from there. I could do it!
Yes I do see the ocean from this shot.
