Glad to hear the twins’ health is ok now. As for gymnastics, as you know it is beneficial to all. It gets the twins exhausted. They take a nap. You get a break. 🙂 Great memories.
The two of them ran on some yet un-identified fuel source. They ran from the minute they were awake until 8 pm, Then crashed until the next day.
