That song ‘Tulips from Amsterdam’ was one of my favourite songs and my husband sang it beautifully with his baritone voice.
It was my dream to ‘bathe’ myself in Tulips as Amsterdam was added in the Europe holiday package.
The package had seven countries and while on an average there was satisfaction you can imagine my frustration when we were told there would be no Tulips as the season had just passed by 15 days.
May be I could still satisfy myself as they are now grown in Kashmir but I wonder if that plan will fructify
Have you had any disappointments in your travel?

These are very beautiful and Merry Christmas lol – my fingers are getting tired. I may have to take a little break.
I notice you are in a responding spree. As you said a Christmas gift (lol)
if you want disappointment, travel to utah
What will disappoint me there? (lol)
it would be easier to ask what wouldn’t disappoint you. and that’s leaving. otherwise it has nothing to offer but confusion
Nice post, thanks for sharing.
I’ve never heard Tulips from Amsterdam.
Were you able to listen to it now?
