Let’s begin with Finland.

And, of course, you may have a very good time in the excellent Finnish SPA-centers or SPA-hotels. There are all conditions for achieving perfect health.
The local cuisine also contributes strongly to the recovery process. Such dishes as venison with lingonberry sauce, pickled herring, soup with salmon, mushrooms in sour cream, different tasty pies with fish or berry filling are very helpful to improve mood.

You know, the foreigners will have to pay for almost all services of Finnish medicine. But the prices are adequate/reasonable. For example, a consultation with a cardiologist, including the conclusion and recommendations, as well as ECHO-KG and ECG in general will cost for about 350 euros. A simple survey may cost about 30 euros. Also there is a very useful program of assistance to foreign patients. The FinlandCare project is supported by the state and provides foreigners with information on all types of medical care in Finland, as well as helps in the organization of the treatment process — from moving to discharge. This is a convenient database, which contains numerous private clinics, ready to help any patient.
Is this Health care available and free for Scandinavian countries?
Not sure how much the Euro is for foreigners but sounds reasonable
