How Writing Sites Destroy Themselves – part 32

As  a writer you must be conscious of the dishonesty of most online publishing sites.  That they know exactly what they are doing, and why must be grasped.

There are no excuses, no accidents.  Don’t believe their lies about ‘calculating’ earnings or having an internal problem.   They have decided to push most of the money in their pocket so can only afford to pay 1/3rd of their contributors.

Be   conscious when you hit a front page and find crap writing, this means  the site couldn’t care less about quality.    It cares about showing the advertisers all the ‘hits’ and ‘views’ it has.  It is not going to pay.  If it does it will cut your earnings so that you can’t get a payout more than 3 or 4 times a year.

Simply    put, a good writer wouldn’t be on the site, and if a good writer   isn’t there, who is?

And what is being published?

And how long will advertisers pay to be on a crap site?
