You may laugh at the boxing skills of ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith, but I won’t box him anytime soon. Look at the combination that he is practicing. He throws a left hook that is right at the knees. He claims that he was dealing with a shoulder injury at the time of this recording. From looking at the video, that’s not the only thing that he is dealing with.
Then, he follows the hook with a right uppercut. That uppercut looks like the uppercut from Piston Honda on Mike Tyson’s Punch Out. However, that left hook that he is throwing is right at my height, so I will not be challenging Stephen A. Smith to a fight.
So odd seeing him away from the First Take setting
What’s also weird is that he auditioned for Windy City Live, but didn’t get it over Ryan Chiaverini.
