Music is one of the easiest influences that can dictate our emotions. I credit music for being the influence for starting as well as getting me through majority of my workouts and hardships in life. Fueling me to get this workout in just happened to be one of my favorite bands ‘Distrubed‘ : Just stop ; Rise.

Peaceful afternoon on the trail! As we get closer to the economy opening to its fullest, the trail has not been as crowded like it was going into quarantine. I like! Today I got the chance to enjoy nature, and even encountered wildlife, a beautiful deer.

HITT (High-intensity interval training)

  • Low jumping jacks
  • Cross country run
  • Prisoners squat
  • High knees

Bonus exercises

  • 25 Reverse crunches
  • 20 Repeats – The swing (yoga)
  • 20 Second hold – The cobra (yoga)
  • 3 Points (yoga)
