I visited New Mexico this week while my daughter was attending her college orientation. There were plenty of meetings for the parents as well, but I was able to get away one afternoon for a hike. It was a good time to visit because there were still quite a few flowers blooming. I imagine that, during the heat of the summer, there’s not as much to look at.
