The Quiz Gone Wrong

I was really quite excited about the research I did and the things I learned. However, try as I might I just couldn’t get the quiz to produce the correct answers. In true frustrated fashion, I accidentally slammed down on publish and there was no going back. So see the flowers through the broken glass? Well I am going to share with all I learned so you will know the correct information no matte what the quiz may say! (I am trying to make lemonade out of a lemon.)

I believe one of the things that surprised me most was that fact that feeling tired during the day, doesn’t really have much to do with not  sleeping well the night before. It has more to do with eating, stress and other immediate factors.

Reading in bed is really not a great way to get ready to sleep. Instead of relaxing your mind, you are a using it. Alcohol may let you relax, but it disrupts the sleep after you initially fall asleep, so that is not a great option either. The best temperature for the bedroom for sleeping is  between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Even if you have a great night sleep your body is naturally programed to feel sleepy 1 or 2 times a day. It’s a signal to rest. So regardless of the quiz gone wrong, now you know the correct answers.

What do you think?

  1. I do not remember any problem with pulishing or picture posting etc but my sleep pattern is out of whack lately so I understand what you are saying on the quiz. One more question and answer maybe you should have added is how sleep gets disturbed when you get older. Almost 65 myself, my sleep patterns have dramatically changed over the past two years. From falling deeply to sleep every night now I am constantly waking up anywhere from one to sometimes as much as five times at night. I am getting frustrated but it is a normal process of getting on with age. As such, I do not know how old you are, but still good luck with your sleep…
