He was my loyal friend. We were together for almost 15 years. He was a family member. My heart bleeds deeply at the loss. We will be together one day. I know he’s waiting for me somewhere. You will always be in my heart. A part of it will always belong to you.

I truly empathise with you in your loss. I have a dog, Splay, whom I adore and I know I shall be heartbroken when she departs this life, even though I know that she’ll be waiting for me with open paws and heart when I, too, shed off this mortal coil. Wishing you much strength in your bereavement *huge and comforting dog (aka bear) hug*.

Sorry for your loss, of such a beautiful dog. He’s in dog heaven.
So sorry, I now 15 years is a long time but it is never long enough. Alex is right, he is in dog heaven perhaps. And what a handsome man he was.
It is so hard when a four-legged family member leaves us. Yet, if we were grieving, they would be the first to try to make us feel better.
Just remember that Dash went to a totally awesome farm in the country where he has lots of other dogs to play with
