Part Two

The MRI was nearly as bad as I had imagined! Thankfully, he let me keep it very cold and that made the 45 minutes feel like just 43 minutes, thank goodness. I don’t think I want to be put in a  pod again, but I guess it needed to be done. As it turns out, we are not sure what is really wrong. My face is still numb. I have a headache and it has eased some. Every problem has some hidden jewel.

My Bro at the other hospital of course was told that I was up in this one. He said, “I have to hurry and get walking, I have to help my sister.”  There is a chance that he might be able to come home tomorrow. That means the world to me.

He is my protector and the biggest tease on the planet. She sent a picture and he was smiling. My husband is my hero. I am glad he took the chance and I hope he makes it for his hunt.

I am just lucky to have the time I have had with these two different and great men.

  1. I sure hope you’ll be all right and that your brother will get back home. You are lucky to have your husband around. I tell you being alone at moments when you don’t feel well for some reason is so difficult because you might just be having an off day but being alone and feeling odd can be the scariest thing of all.

  2. I have had MRI’s and understand not being comfortable. But they are a must at times.

Good luck on your results. I hope your brother comes home soon.

And hugs to your husband for being there for you!
