Tie it down!

When you are doing resistance exercise, make sure that the resistance band is tied around a hook in the wall or a heavy object on the ground so that everything stays in place.  The incident in the video is why I no longer go to a public place to work out.

In the video, the person ties one end of the resistance band around the waist with the other end being tied around a mat.  The mat is not strong enough to remain in place because the person’s weight is heavier than the weight of the mat.  Click on the video to find out what happens next.  These types of illogical choices explain why the USA is on the brink of a downward spiral.
