Someone sent me this remarkable picture and incredible Einstein quote. The really great authors and inventors past and present, claim this quote to be profoundly true. My parents always encouraged me to read fairy tales and from a young age I never perceived the notion that fairy tales were for girls or at least limited to a very select few males with questionable or highly effeminate characteristics.
The same bunch of nay-sayers seem to endure from generation to generation, that fact, notwithstanding, nothing could be further from the truth.
The minds of men and women are virtually the same, in fact, to be precise, they are 99% one and the same. That 1% may actually make a difference. Studies of that 1%, have for instance found that a female’s frontal lobe which is responsible for problem-solving, happens to be larger than in a man. Meanwhile, a male’s amygdala, which regulates the “fight or flight” reaction, on the other hand, is bigger. Many books have been written on the subject.
Fantastic statement. The moment I got my first library card it seemed I was eating my way though the library with my brain giving good healthy burps
What a beautiful and powerful statement.
Reading is always a worthwhile project. ?
