I only needed thirty-four minutes of workout time to complete Summer of Skratch. It was doable and what fueled me at 7 AM to start this workout. I had only six days to complete this challenge entirely which requires you to workout for a total of three hours.

i would bet that lake portion was gorgeous unless you were on Lakeview, then you were dodging crazy people driving.
Crazy drivers that have not worked out a day in their lives.
they are also very aggressive along that stretch of road. Downtown Chicago is the 3rd hardest place to drive eon earth (IMHO)
Tell me about it! I bike it regularly and if we didn’t have bike lanes our number of fatalities would be higher in that area. I’ve spoke about my alertness a number of times in my writings.
I do plan to share what I think of riding against traffic at some point.
DC has two areas that as you probably remember are often the site of car bicycle discussions.

That’s a good enough incentive. They have a good marketing strategy
I will most likely purchase a water bottle from them or maybe a hat to wear while cycling because those are the more cheaper items.
