The workout: Pat’s Run 42 Miles in 40 Days & Exercise Your Right To Vote with Picky Bars

I have been really focusing on completing every survey I get the chance to on each receipt I receive. Often I neglect doing these surveys because it cuts into time during my day, but why not? Completing a survey on the experience I had can go a long way, if I actually win. Most surveys take no more than 5 minutes to complete depending on how much information you want to share about your experience. Do you ever complete surveys on receipts?

For my run, I ran at a seemingly secluded park known as Smith Park. It has been a while since I have ran at this park because I just did not have the urge to run its small perimeter. It is one of those parks that is small, but packs a big punch with activities you can do. Now that I have made my way out to it again, I would imagine that I will be out once more as our weather sneaks into the fifties this week. As always I captured some pictures to share.

Gained two strava challenge badges during this run which were Pat’s Run 42 in 40 Challenge, and Exercise Your Right To Vote with Picky Bars. Pat’s Run 42 in 40 Challenge required 42 miles either walked, ran, hiked, or either wheel chaired in 40 days by Veterans Day. I really loved Pat’s Challenge because it supports Tillman Scholars military veterans and spouses pursuing their education to make an impact in the world. Exercise Your Right To Vote with Picky Bars required a total of 100 minutes of some form of athletic activity. Pretty cool with the 2020 Election actually this week.

I wore these cute little capri leggings that I purchased from the thrift store that are Marvel Captain America themed. Very comfortable and eye catchy.
