The workout: December 4×4 Challenge

ROKA Hindsight 20/20 Challenge badge gained while in pursuit of my twenty minute workout of the day for December 4×4 Challenge. Blogging at the time, I got lost in this bike ride which actually was thirty minutes long. I managed to get in some reading of the book ‘Pursuit of Happyness towards the end of this ride.

After seeing how close I am towards completing the Sweaty Betty 8 hour, 21 Day Challenge, it motivated me to focus more on it. These twenty minute workouts per day that I log four days each week have been taking chunks out of the challenge, and I anticipate gaining the badge for the first time.

I have been so motivated to do yoga, but fearing that I will lose interest in it. I have been doing it consistently these past few weeks, but would like to limit it to like twice a week going forward. 


  • 6.42 mile bike ride
  • 30 crunches
  • 1.20 mile run
  • 1.00 mile walk
  • 15 pull ups
  • 3 minute yoga session
  • 30 crunches
  • 20 reverse crunches
  • Back stretch w/ medicine ball
  • Foot massage w/ plantar fasciitis ball
