Lately I have been incorporating a few yoga moves into my workout regime. The cobra, and the forearm plank are two of my favorites that I have added with every workout.
During my run, I got the chance to see my beloved Illinois Fighting Illini get revenge on the Nebraska Cornhuskers which was relief to see, as like any Fighting Illini win. I had lost hope in the Fighting Illini winning any game after the loss to the Purdue Boilermakers, but saw new life after they defeated the Rutgers Scarlett Knights.
My weight has been dropping back down after nearing 150 pounds.
