It is hard to look up when stress comes and things look like they are turning to custard..
Birds and animals are great teachers, they show me qualities that are great.
This bird is flying high even though it does not get hand outs and live in a great palace.
Best to look up and find something good other than to get stay down . Yet at the same time, use the negative energy with the positive to generate good.
Denying one has problems seem to make situations worse. Realistic solutions are what is needed.
Look up not down, and learn the lesson and one day you may help some one else, not with pat answers but realistic and elegant solutions.

my father’s desire in life was to take a picture of a bald eagle in flight.
we were in a Canoe in Wisconsin, when dad saw one and nearly tipped his canoe over!!!
