I have been blogging for over ten years. You would not know this to visit my blog. My latest blog The Spiritual Mystic is not even a year old. There are many reasons for this. The biggest reason being I had someone take over my google account some years back. I almost totally gave up on blogging because of that. But, a writer needs to write. So, I started all over with a new blog.
Like all writers it took me time to find my niche. Now, with blogging they say, you need to have something to sell or you will never make any money with your blog. It took me some time to realize what articles worked best for the people who were reading my blog. I am after all a Mystic and my blog has articles on Past life therapies, dreams, meditations, Reiki, and other spiritual topics.
Earlier this year, I came up with the perfect product to sell on my blog, Dream Journals. It took me a while to make them and get them ready to sell. Today, I finally got my dream journals in the mail. This was a dream come true for me.
I published the dream journals through amazon and they are for sale there as well as on my blogs.

I am impressed, 10 years is a long time! Good for you! Sorry about the issues, but the path traversed is often the result, right?
I learned something from everything that happened to me a long the way. I am very happy with my blog, now. And, although, I have not been able to write the way I have liked to because of so many life changes. I am not doing bad as far as, views go.
living in the blogging world we are sometimes driven by views. It becomes everything!
I try not to let that happen. I am a writer and I need to write. No matter what I place my words. I discovered over my many years of writing on line that there is always something new to be learned. Getting view is nice, but truly it is the interaction with other people that keeps me blogging.
its interesting that was the basis of a study done by one of the east coast universities, which is more of value views or comments.
Interesting, it was completely dependent on the nature of the site.
That is very interesting. I guess, it would also depend on the members of the sites as well.
how did someone take over your blog?
They took over my account. They had hacked into our computers and I had to change everything.
that sucks. couldn’t you alert the site?
It was very complicated. It happened a few years ago. T=It was someone we knew they got into my son’s computer. I was alerted to the problem by the sites. We all agreed the best thing to do was start anew so they could fully remove all that was done.
sorry to hear about it. glad to hear you’ve moved forward
It took awhile, but everything was all cleared up. I just started a new account and I change my passwords often.
Well, this is interesting, an interesting journey….
Thank-you. Blogging is very interesting. There is something new to learn always, as things are always changing.
It’s good to know you have found a way to do what you want to and share with the world. Hope many people will find your dream journals helpful to them. Carry on with your dreams! ^_^
Thank-you so much. I am working on it.
