Versatile Ways To Use Pumpkins

I was in my garden this morning to collect the crops. Despite the fever, vegetables are growing nicely.

I decided to make a pumpkin for lunch.

Most often we use them for culinary recipes. From them you can create stuffed courgettes, grilled, cooked, fried, soups, etc. I’ll just be kidding them today.

Only recently research has shown how wonderful the pumpkin can be when it comes to key antioxidants – carotenoids.

Not only in diabetics, they also help with inflammation. They contain anti-inflammatory carotenoids and polysaccharides; Several studies have shown that they help with cardiovascular diseases and even with the digestive tract.

  1. I like them stuffed with vegetables in the oven.
    Here’s a recipe
After they are washed, the courgettes are cut into two lengths. With a spoon, their soft interior is then removed and placed in a baking pan.

Cut onion finely. Carrots and peppers are cut into strips and choked together with the onions until they soften. After being removed from the fire, add half of the grated soft part of the courgettes. Mix with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and leaflets of a few twigs of thyme. Add the chopped olives and stuffed in the courgettes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. After they are constipated, sprinkle with fresh dill and serve warm.
