Monsanto denied new RoundUp trial

source

In California last Friday, a federal judge denied a new trial for Monsanto, the maker of the weed killer RoundUp.  The case is in regards to a ruling in which Bayer AG, the owner of Monsanto, was ordered to pay the plantiff $80 million dollars because the man obtained cancer due to the use of RoundUp.

The reason why Monsanto did not receive another case is because there is no warning label on RoundUp when the employees know that this product is a carcinogen.  Since Bayer lost this appeal, the only options for this case is to either pay the plantiff in full or to appeal this case to the US Supreme Court.
