My wife uses them for a vase. This flowers  to require  fertile., sandy soil and plenty of water. They like the sun. When the first flower is opened, they are cut and carried to the market for sale.In autumn, the bulbs are taken off the ground. The Bulbs must be protected from frost. To plant again in spring.
