There is hardly a person who does not know the benefits of salads for our health. The essential minerals and vitamins for man are contained in salads. But this only applies to home cooked. When it comes to salads in restaurants, things are not that way.
Firstly, in 90% of the restaurants cheeses and cheeses are as cheap as possible on the market. They are not made from real milk, but from dry milk and vegetable fats. These are extremely unhealthy products, and we can not figure out how much of them is put in the salad – how much cheese or cheese. This means we lose a sense of the calories we have accepted.
The second problem is dressing the salads we eat out. Every salad we decide to order is pre-tasted. Very often, these dressings use a variety of mayonnaise, sugars, sauces that are often pre-processed or used for something else in the kitchen.
Last but not least, the vegetables used in the salad can also be a problem. We do not know how many have stayed in the refrigerator and how fresh they are. This, of course, also applies to the vegetables we buy in supermarket chains. All vegetables that reach the retail network are full of nitrates and pesticides. It is absolutely normal, it is part of their production and extraction. Therefore, it is best during the summer months to buy them from the people who produce them.
This does not mean that we do not have to eat salads outdoors and avoid 100% eating in a restaurant. But we must adhere to some basic rules:
When dining out, emphasize salads that include mainly vegetables – tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, eggplant, broccoli, cauliflower.
Avoid salads containing smoked meats and cheeses and cheeses.
Ask the dressing to be separate from the salad and add it yourself.

And the most important. Do not forget to consume enough water and vegetables in the coming spring months. This is extremely important for your health.
