Whenever I am in Bicol, my home province, I can’t resist toeat my favorite dish called “Kinalas”. It is a soup dish with noodles. It is called kinalas because meat from cow’s head or sometimes pig’s head is the main ingredient of this dish. A special sauce is mix into it to add more flavor. It eaten with fried banana fritters complete the meal. It is so delicious that It makes my mouth water everytime I think about it.

The first time I hear about this dish is called Kinalas. As far as I can see there is a whole boiled egg. Or maybe I’m wrong.
