I like to prepare something unusual for my family or guests. Quick, but delicious, and really nice. Tortillas are my choice. They are very easy to prepare, and you can put flesh and vegetables in your choice. They stay soft for a really long time, elastic, do not dry, you will really be satisfied with the recipe. Good appetite.
You make homemade tortillas? I have to laugh. I had a friend who said he loved making homemade tortillas with his wife. All his male friends would yell at him because their wives wanted to know why their husbands wouldn’t make tortillas with them. LOL.
Hah .. it’s not that bad for a man to prepare tortillas. Balkan people love home-cooked food. And, when we have time, and when we do not have it, we try to cook a meal at home.. It is domestic, however, the best, and the healthiest.
I really like these dishes. I like homemade tortillas, because I prepare them as I want.
