We all know that a cup of coffee is good enough to get rid of tiredness but your cup of coffee has many other benefits. Coffee is full of antioxidants therefore keeps you safe from diseases like Parkinson and diabetes.
As they say excess of everything is bad but up to three cups of coffee a day can protect your liver. People suffering from liver related diseases can drink coffee consulting with their doctors.

A cup of coffee is good for your metabolism because the caffeine burns your fat and calories faster but use sugar in moderation as excess of reduces the effect of caffeine.
Elements present in coffee like Cafestol is good for your liver because all such elements help protect you from liver cancer. Incidentally, Cafestol is a compound found in coffee beans that helps raise the level of good cholesterol.
Contrary to popular belief that coffee is harmful for hypertension penitents ,drinking up to 3-4 cups of coffee in a day is fine for most of us. However, it’s better to consult your doctor because what is good for one person probably could harm others.
Note – please consult your doctor before drinking coffee as the results may vary on different people. Cafestol can raise the level of good cholesterol. So, drinking 5 or more cup of coffee can raise cholesterol level by 5-8% in some cases.

Benign tremor (shaking) runs in my family and coffee seems to make it worse, so I’m actually trying to cut down. It’s a shame because I enjoy coffee and feel like I’m missing out on its other benefits.
