Easy, for summer meats, excellent with fried fish.

POTATO SALAD

It is necessary to have the following:500 grams of potatoes250 grams of frozen bean200 grams of mature tomato200 grams of canned tunaFor the dressing50 ml of olive oil2 tablespoons of vinegar, apple cider  or lemon juice, according to your taste.1 teaspoon of mustardchives, parsley, salt, pepper.                                         PREPARATION  Fill potatoes with shell, peel and cut.  Shortly tint green and process. Cut into smaller pieces.  Tomato cuts on slices, so mix everything with rocket and pieces of tuna from the can.  Oil, vinegar, mustard, chopped parsley, and pepper well mix and pour over the chilled potatoes. It can be served as a salad. I love her with fried fish. Try, change, explore.Next time I’ll add a teaspoon of ground nuts and mustard out.

We’ll see the difference.

POTATO SALAD…

One of the favorite dishes in our house, or rather an appetizer supplement, is just a potato salad with onions.I always cook it in combination with fish.FOR POTATO SALAD WITH PIPE NECESSARY:Big red potatoes,onion,they are,pepper

,vinegar,oil,parsley leaves (for decoration).

Potatoes should be washed first and then boiled in the shell. When cooked, fry the boiling water and pour cold to keep the potato cooler. When making a potato salad you must know that the potato must not be hot because it will absorb much more fat. Ideally, the potato would be completely cold, which means you can cook it the day before. Cool chilled potatoes and cut them on discs. Sprinkle onions on the slices and add potatoes. Eat, pick, add a little oil and a little vinegar, and mix everything nicely.
