Cool things about running 2021 Chicago Marathon is the fact that I am running it in support of a charity, and this race counts towards me being a legacy finisher because I am nearing five finishes. Very much looking for to starting training; I will be starting it this week now that April is near end.
As for this outfit, I love how the floral windbreaker jacket sets the tone, as like any outfit featuring floral does. I loved the idea of pulling up the sleeves because it gives that vibe that the jacket is the outfit rather than just something to keep warm. Pulling them up also gives you a glimpse of the bracelet I am wearing which is a Feng Shui Black Obsidian Wealth Bracelet, a bracelet I wear regularly even while at work. Now these boots! I am truly getting my wear out of these Lauren Duck Boots which I am enjoyably wearing until weather says otherwise.

Good to know. I have always considered a knee high pair of boots ; )
and, boots are always popular for fall and winter. but i remember i was still wearing my combat boots for spring and summer. but i think the knee high and over the knee boots are popular for cool weather months.
I have been looking at knee boots at thrift stores. I did stumble on a pair of boots not that long ago, but the price was ridiculous. I may just order on Poshmark or eBay
outlets and garment district might be better.
I do have a village discount outlet that I frequent at. I am very obsessed with their jeans. Whenever I visit I have to really walk away from certain things because I’d buy it.

i bought a puffy jacket 2 years ago for outdoor activities in winter here. it gets cold in the evenings, although sunny and nice during the daytime.
