Not even 2 miles and to this ride in my tire goes flat. On the positive side I am thankful that it happened at 2 miles versus while hitting the 4 mile mark within downtown Chicago. This flat tire had to happen at some point, and thinking about it I went all of 2020 without having one, so it was bound to happen sooner or later.
To help calm my mood after getting in with my bike I did some yoga, a 5 minute session by RosalieYoga which felt really good.

I have a pink neck gaiter that looks very cute. The cookies are easier to identify as well. I’ll have to bring it out for autumn outdoor workouts.
