Kirk Douglas was not only a father, but, a great actor way back when. Two of his pictures I will never forget are Exodus and Cast a Giant Shadow.
I just read that he died on a news station I read here in Israel. I was very sad to read that. I can imagine even though he was 103 how his family must feel the loss.
Maybe if you do not remember him by the picture I will put here, then maybe by the name of one of his sons. Michael Douglas is also a famous actor and the son of Kirk.
I will miss you Kirk. When I lived in the States when an actor or actress died they would play their movies. I hope they will play his and I am hoping that Netflix here will play some of his movies so I can watch them again.
Take care Kirk and you will be missed not only by your family, but, by many others as well.

I want to see Spartacus, one of the best movies in the history of cinema.

I hope Hashem is watching over his soul now. He was proud of his Judaism. It may have been later in life that he appreciated it, but, still he appreciated it and loved Israel.
He was a great actor. May he rest in peace.

I do not remember if saw that one, but, I saw two important ones to me which were Cast A Giant Shadow and Exodus.
both of those are epic pictures! Spartacus is just the one he is most known for.
Doc, I decided to check in Netflix for his movies and found Spartacus and will watch it. Thanks.

He was very much a legend in my eyes and all of the Jewish People that loved him. He was a big supporter of Israel. I will miss him very much.
