A children’s book written by Audrey Penn and illustrated by Barbara L. Gibson is a picture book that is a story of how to combat bullying in the schools. Working together is better than working alone. A story of learning how to make friends. The story starts with Chester and his brother did not want to go school for they liked going to school. The brothers had a dream they told their mother they had that night. The mother encouraged them and the rest of the story you have to find out for yourself.
A very well written and artistic children’s book that in my opinion is a five-star read. The drawings by Barbara were so detailed that teachers will be able to use them as guide for various lessons on social skills and even academic skills as in science across the curriculum.
I think more adults need to take the time to read children’s books. Life lessons are all there.
Totally agree with you.
Good Books Shelf for Kids!
I think it might be a good book for adults as well.
Sounds like a good book for children.
