Who and what does not speak? We? Passers-by? Pain? Smile? Sullen face? Sun? Cat? Lice? Dandruff? Food? Stone? Wind? Tree? Earth? Car? Nail? Event? Action? Dream? Mention it…
What is the proof? The proof we interpret or react or respond to it. We talk, it’s for sure! People walk passing; we look and we think; “Wow… She’s Cool…”, “That guy must be in a hurry…”, “Whoa… He must be really rich people…”, “Infidels!”, The Sun: “Uuuhh so hot… really…”, “Uhh… my head feel so itchy!”, “It is so sore to clean up this wide floor…”, and so on and so on…
It means everything talks to our self, with and in our minds. All that we can perceive with our senses is the message. So, what are the contents of their message? Of course, it’s depending on how we interpret it! The way we interpret it depending on the range of insight, experience, perception, science, logic and emotion, conditions, circumstances, interests and desires, dogma, principles, values, concerns, search, foresight, the tendency of mind and especially consciousness. All of it was actually forms of consciousness in various levels and dimensions.
Imagine if we are interested to understand and experience the essence of all the messages in a simple way, sensing without paradigm, observation without perception, enjoys without assessing or judging, live action and carry it out without expecting results or reward, contemplate without expecting anything, keeping a distance between me and my mind, as well as receive and enjoy anything with fun as it is, what will happen?

My mind never settles on any level!
Almost everyone is like that, and some people are trying to subdue it. Some are successful and some are not yet.
This is what I try to do all the time. Clear the chaos in my mind. It is too busy. I am not giving up. Joy, happiness and peace is what I find. I am sure of it.
