Even with the majority of my workouts being inside the gym due to temperatures dropping, I have still been racking up Strava Challenge badges.
Today I gained badges, Livestrong Virtual Challenge, and ROKA Transform 200 which both have a requirement to log at least 200 minutes of activity. I have been a machine lately, logging each a run, walk, and bike ride to contribute to gaining these badges. In the process I have been burning a lot of calories, too.
