The workout: ODLO Be Aware of What Your Wear

Ever took a look at your commitments in the upcoming days and thought to yourself that today is the day to get a workout in or else I will not be able to get anything in in the next few days? I have many times and that is why I just had to get today’s workout in. 

Strava badge ‘ODLO Be Aware of What Your Wear’ gained during this workout today which required 6 hours of activity within a 15 day time period. 



  • 2 Mile Run/ Walk
  • 40 Sit ups
  • 20 Kettlebell lifts
  • 4.43 Mile Stationary bike ride
  • Standing alternating toe touches
  • 10 Pull ups
  • 25 Sit ups
  • 10 Minute walk – .0.44
