The Alphabet Photo Challenge: The Letter K is for Koalas

<a data-snax-placeholder="Source" class="snax-figure-source" href="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a>

I am now on the letter “K” and what a cutie I found to represent this letter!  A koala bear!

This animal was recently caught in the wildfires in Australia and many were killed and/or did not survive.  It would not surprise me if they were put on the extinct list after the fires in Australia, the country where they are native.

Koala bears are marsupials which means they have a pouch like the kangaroo where babies are carried around by their mamma.  Their main diet consists of eucalyptus leaves which also provides water for them. The average life span for a koala bear is 20 years for living in their own environment.

Koala bears have always been known to be cute and cuddly.  Do you agree?
