My Happy List, Week 1

The list of things that makes me happy is long. I thought, based on Ellie’s challenge that I would share the things I use when I am unhappy, to try to get back to happy!

  1. My family – I know, everyone says that, but it is very important to me. My grandfather once told me that “family is everything.” My grandfather was one person and is one person that I would do anything I could to make sure I was able to do what he said.
  2. Writing – I love writing it is something that makes me happy most of the time.
  3. Photography – I love taking pictures! Ergo all the pictures I share.
  4. Boating – I love being on the water.

The reality of being unhappy for me first recognizes that I am not happy. Sometimes I find myself being frustrated and I end up worrying about it so much, that I end up being unhappy because of that. The most important thing for me, before I can start moving back towards happy is I have to identify that I am unhappy.
