Hello, dear friends! Yesterday I was involved in an activity that gave me an idea. I’ll show you a component of an object. All you have to do is guess which object belongs this component.
This object is more than 100 years old. It’s a family legacy. It was my grandmother who gave it to my mother and my mother gave it to me. What is the name of the object to which this component belongs? Tell me if you know in a comment.
lol I don’t know what I may have said the first time, but it looks like something my husband would have broken!
I came too late to guess this, but from your #2 I thought of the old treadle sewing machine I used when I was a child. My brothers found one for $1 at a yard sale and fixed it up and gave it to me.
Wow this is a tough one but I love a challenge.
I will just have to take a shot in the dark.. sewing machine?
Hooray! You are right Carol. This component belong to my old !Singer sewing machine!
No way! I was picturing my grandmother’s old Singer when I posted this answer. Oh my goodness. That was fun.
In truth, I have no idea
I still can not say. Maybe someone knows. If I do not find the answer today … tomorrow I will post a new component, a new clue!?
I have to tell you that it looks slightly familiar, and I suspect Carol is correct that it is a manual/treadle sewing machine. My mother used to use one and I used it myself, to make bags and things to sell when I was a teenager.
I still use this. Although it is very old it works very well. Today I made a dress? for my daughter using this sewing machine!?
