I tried to do even more, with this one. I had a few pictures of crows layin’ around, and they always remind of this poem. I put another crow on the top, and Edgar on the crow. I used three different filters, and edited the colors.
“My soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
Shall be lifted-Nevermore!”
Wow this is great Kim, I love your creativity. 🙂
Thank you Carol, this is such a fun challenge.
Love this one! It’s just so captivating!
And has that slight surrealism feel!
Thank you, it worked then. I was trying for surrealism, but it was so hard to do. I made many edits that I wasnt happy with. I kept making it too light.
I love the poem a lot and photo Kim Johnson. You are a poet!
Thank you LaJenna, I can take credit for the photo, but I am not a poet. 😉
Very good work, Kim….You’ve screwed it up well
Thank you Lado, this is so out of my normal, but I find that I like doing it. I am never really comfortable with the end product, so feedback helps!
For me, this is a pretty and good job my friend
The more effort, the more festive, right? Usually, more harvest too.
I just realized that you also like poetry, Kim.
True, in many things. Yes I do like poetry, I just cannot write it.
Maybe it’s time for you to say “Let’s do more” to write poetry.
Ha, that will never happen. It would go something like this. Roses are red, and they grow. Rain and sun helps them do this. Roses arent always red now are they.
See! You are very talented!
