LaJenna has started a challenge titled Haiku Poetry 10-day Challenge. I am on Day 7 of the 10-day Challenge. No nominations, anyone can join. Start posting your thoughts. I am still learning. Photo courtesy of Pixabay.
I remember early on in my grief I learned from other parents how you need to learn how to breathe again. Until you have lost a child it is hard to understand. You have to take deep breaths in and out. Meditation has been a great source of therapy for me. We are all different and have to find what works for us during a loss or tragedy.
Deep breath in and out
Slowly feel your pain and loss
Deep breath in and out
Breathing is so important, deep breaths daily are my form of meditation.
This haiku poems needs to be featured. Yours puts my poems to shame. This is outstanding from the first word to the last.
You are so kind. My posts are never featured any more for whatever reason.
This is one of the best haikus! I love the picture, too!
Thank you Ellie, this is what I do every day.
Everyone has their own way to recover after hard times. I am glad that every day you are perfect in poetry.
I am trying my friend and that is all I can do.
The depth is beautiful! You are increasingly skilled in literature.
Thank you for your constant support Albert.
Always my pleasure, Carol!
Thank you LaJenna again for the platform to learn this poetry. It is healing.
