As the weather scientists predicted yesterday, the first snow also fell in the lowlands. In my area there is a snow blanket of about 10 centimeters thick. But the weather is really a bit “weird”. Slovenia is indeed a very small country, with approximately 2.000.000 million inhabitants. So many people have a bigger place in other countries. In the town of Kranj, which is about 4 kilometers away, it is not snowing. In some areas, snow cover was about 50 centimeters thick. Although I do not like winter, the view on the snowy landscape is wonderful.
